All items bought from Fullstop. are eligible for exchange within 7 days from the delivery day

You are eligible for an exchange if:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
• The item does not match the original specifications or the product ordered.

Note: All disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for all parties.

Customer has to deliver the package to our warehouse using any courier service most convenient to them. As soon as we receive the package , we will process your exchange request. A delivery fee will be collected as Advance for the exchanged products

We process exchange requests weekly. Expect your replacement parcel to arrive within a week, depending on stock availability. 

Note : Replacement is only processed once the return items are received from customer side and meet all eligibility criteria's as mentioned below

If the requested item is out of stock, you may:

Choose an alternative, or

Wait for a restock (if it's expected within 7–10 days)

If restocking takes longer, we’ll inform you and request a replacement choice.

• Products damaged due to use
• Items that have been tampered with
