Can We Return/Exchange Our Products?

All items bought from Fullstop. are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase through a simple and hassle-free process.
Refund
1. Fullstop. does not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
2. All sales are final we strictly follow an exchange-only policy.
3. No money-back guarantee is provided once a purchase is made.
Exchange Process:
Once your exchange request is submitted, You will need to send the parcel to our warehouse for inspection. Once we receive and verify that the items are correct, we will dispatch your replacement.

Exchange Charges?

Exchange Fee: Rs 300/- only (Payable via Advance Payment or Bank Transfer Only)

Exchange Timeline?

We process exchange requests weekly. Expect your replacement parcel to arrive within a week, depending on stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may:
Choose an alternative, or Wait for a restock (if it's expected within 7–10 days) If restocking takes longer, we’ll inform you and request a replacement choice.

Return Policy

You are eligible for an exchange if: The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
The item does not match the original specifications or the product ordered. All disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for all parties.
