Why does it feel like too much sometimes?

Breathe.
Even if it feels fake at first.

You don’t owe everyone access.
You don’t have to explain every feeling.
You’re allowed to protect your space, even from people who mean well.

We talked about this a lot how being seen can feel overwhelming instead of comforting. How sometimes the strongest thing you can do is say nothing and still stand your ground.
