Disaster

Some days feel loud.
Not in a cool way  just messy, fast, everywhere at once.

You try to keep it together, but life doesn’t really slow down for anyone.
So you move anyway.
Through chaos.
Through noise.
Through whatever this version of the world is.

This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about still showing up when things feel off.
Still running when the ground isn’t steady.
Still choosing yourself when everything else feels like a blur.

The world can be a disaster.
That part’s real.

But so is momentum.
So is resilience.
So is not quitting just because it’s hard.

You’re not lost.

And honestly that counts.
